Gertrude has many strings to her bow  - guardian angel, seasonal fairy and confidante (to anyone who will listen). Gertrude hovers (when no one is looking) to keep you on track and remind you of all those important dates and appointments.

Wilfred comes from good stock. Born in a huge South Island farmhouse with large verandas all around where he now loves to sit in the sun and drink his morning cuppa and chat with the farm workers. He wears comfy slippers as he has tired old bones from riding and mustering all those years. WIlfred is a cheerful, happy soul and loves telling the grandkids scary stories and showing them card tricks.

Wilfred is approximately 44 cm tall and has wired legs and stands on his  own (bent legs and all!) His face is sculpted to give him that cheerful friendly look.

Harriet lives in a small cottage in Helensville near the sale yards; she loves her little 10 hectare block. SHe has 7 chooks, 2 ducks, 3 pigs and a cow, 16 sheep and her old horse called Bunny. When Harriet is not busy on her little farm or in her extensive rambling garden she goes fishing or plays chess with her neighbour Bill. Every year she judges the cake stall at the A&P show and does stunts for the public with her trained pigs and one of her chooks.

Mildred and Flossie are two aging angels who stand approximately 35cm high. They are self standing on a stump base and therefore fairly quick to make.  

Holly is a wonderful gift  - hiding her present behind her back. She is designed to be self standing and would also look great made up in Christmas fabrics for a Christmas doll.

Aggie was born in Mangaweka New Zealand and has been working for wealthy families for 25 years. She knows how to keep her ear to the ground and her mouth shut (until she writes her memoirs when she retires). She stands unaided in her sensible shoes.

Harry is a happy little jester type of doll on a roly poly ball shape. Quick and easy to make he would be terrific as a gift for a friend who needs a bit of cheer.
